Q. What were you anxious about when purchasing with our shop?

– The problem I have with some of the online shops in Japan is that they advertise their products even though they no longer have the stocks. And sometimes delivery takes a very long time. So, a lot of frustration and time was wasted, especially when I really need to get the items as soon as possible. With Camp Star, the correspondences were timely, professional and services are top-notch.

Q. What made you decide on making your purchase?

– I made my first purchase from Camp Star through Rakuten and since I cannot speak much Japanese, I was fortunate that Yuichi-san was able to guide and explain the details to me in English. I think that was the deal-clincher for me. After that, I have decided to buy straight from the Camp Star website since I can communicate with this shop.

Q. What is your thoughts after using our shop?

– Service is fantastic and I would definitely recommend Camp Star to my friends. The product selections are great and I see the potential for Camp Star to sell outside of Japan, but the range of products will definitely need to be expanded.

Q. What do you think about the product after using it?

– A lot of the products that I bought are based on reviews and ratings from professionals from around the world. I usually do my researches before purchasing rather than buying what the crowd deems popular. So the things I bought will definitely last me a long time and work well for my outdoor activities.
